Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient role. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage medications, including on-site Deep TMS and ketamine therapy with a skilled support team.

No prior TMS/ketamine experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration, and a supportive work environment with strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives
