Job summary

A leading mental healthcare provider in Alpharetta, Georgia, is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. The role offers a base salary of $300,000 plus incentives and exceptional administrative support in an outpatient setting. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide innovative therapies such as Deep TMS and ketamine therapy. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry, possess a valid medical license, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment. Psychiatrist | Full Time

The Role

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
