Job summary

Serenity Healthcare seeks a Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in Ashburn, VA. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and manage psychotropic medications, with on-site Deep TMS and ketamine options supported by a trained team.

Enjoy a flexible schedule (4–5 days/week), strong clinical support, and access to a national Serenity network. Training in TMS/ketamine provided; research opportunities optional.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
