This is an independent contractor role with the flexibility to create your own schedule and decide how much time you want to be available.

What You'll Do:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations for our patients, following Spring Health’s initial screening
• Provide medication management as needed
• Evaluates for general medical health and make referrals for medical follow‑up as needed
• Work closely with our team of vetted therapists for patients who require mental health counseling

Who You Are:

• You've completed a US-based residency program
• You're board certified or board eligible in psychiatry if board eligible your board exam must be scheduled within the next year
• You have experience in telepsychiatry or distance-based patient management OR you're comfortable learning new technology
• You have a NPI 1(National Provider Identifier - individual provider)number; if you do not already have one, please apply for one through the NPPES site .
• You have active Malpractice Insurance.
• You're committed to evidence-based practices and measurement-based care

The target range for this position is $150-$200 per 45 minute intake session. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
