Job summary

Easterseals MORC is seeking qualified physicians to join our Southfield, MI teams. The organization provides psychiatric and medical services to children and adults through its programs, with strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and professional development.

Qualifications

• Doctor or better in Medicine required.
• Doctor or better in Osteopathic Medicine required.
• Physician licensed to practice medicine in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provides psychiatric and medical services to patients served by Easterseals MORC programs.
• Performs biological and psychosocial assessments including psychiatric evaluation and annual psychiatric assessment.
• Develops treatment recommendations and monitors consumer medication plans.
• Provides crisis evaluation for patients who may require hospitalization or medication to avoid hospitalization.
