The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment with emphasis on coordinated, cost-effective care. The candidate should be board eligible or certified in Psychiatry, hold an active PA license (or be able to obtain one), and have experience in community health settings.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
