The role emphasizes comprehensive mental health services, coordination of care across the patient lifecycle, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry is required, with PA licensure or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, in-person

This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle.
