This in-person role emphasizes evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across the patient lifecycle, working within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO, Pennsylvania license (or ability to obtain), and board eligibility/certification in Psychiatry, with relevant community health experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficient with EMR systems and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.

Compensation: $230K - $280K per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, in-person

Location: Pittsburg, PA

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
