Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. Located in Pittsburg, PA, the role focuses on comprehensive mental health services and coordinated care across the patient lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be an MD or DO, Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry, with an active Pennsylvania license or the ability to obtain one. In-person, Monday to Friday, with a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Psychiatry preferred.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
