ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist in a Pittsburg, PA setting to provide comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care within a community health center. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board eligible or certified in Psychiatry, and possess or obtain an active PA medical license. In-person work with a strong focus on quality and accessibility of care is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with patients and staff.
• Apply sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skills in complex situations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and operational processes.

Compensation: $230K - $280K per year + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, in-person

This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, detail-oriented, and committed to serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
