Compensation ranges from $230,000 to $280,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package; this in-person role requires a PA license and board eligibility/certification in Psychiatry. The position emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle.
