Vogrinc Search Group seeks a full-time Psychiatrist in Pittsburgh, PA to deliver patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role emphasizes comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with a care team.

The compensation is $230K-$280K per year plus a comprehensive benefits package. In-person, Monday–Friday with strong focus on quality and regulatory compliance within a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
