Job summary

Henderson Group in Pittsburgh seeks a full-time Psychiatrist to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care in a community health setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team in a Monday–Friday, in-person schedule.

The ideal candidate holds an MD/DO, board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry, an active PA license or ability to obtain, and experience in community health.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in community health or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health best practices, clinical protocols, and accreditation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in a community health center setting. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive mental health services while supporting coordinated, cost-effective care across the patient lifecycle.
