Job summary

Rivendell Behavioral Health Services seeks a PRN Utilization Coordinator. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold AR RN license or be license eligible.
• Minimum of two years psychiatric experience in chart analysis and utilization review.
• Excellent oral and written communication with patients, physicians, staff and payors.
• Knowledge of external review organizations and payor contracting.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely clinical reviews with all payer types to secure authorization.
• Coordinate patient care and maintain quality documentation.
• Assist with appeals and reporting to support optimal reimbursement.
