About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Psychiatric Therapist to join our dedicated mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals dealing with a range of psychiatric and emotional disorders. This role is crucial in helping clients achieve stability, build coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide psychotherapy services through telehealth and/or in-person sessions (individual, group, and/or family therapy)
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed
• Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure (LCSW-C, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Experience working with addiction and substance use disorder patients
