Adventist HealthCare’s Shady Grove Medical Center seeks an experienced Psych Tech for the Float Pool II to support a mission of holistic healing across physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the care team, monitoring treatment, and applying clinical guidelines to patient care, with a per diem wage of $26/hr and a 36-hour weekly commitment. Shift is nights, 6:45p-7:15a, three 12-hour shifts weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in related field.
• Prior experience in inpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
