Under general direction, assesses and attends to patients' psychosocial needs, including evaluation, crisis intervention, counseling, and psychotherapy. Acts as an advocate, facilitates care plans, and coordinates with community resources. Maintains documentation and responds to crises per hospital policy. Performs other duties as assigned.
