Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing in Indiana (or eligible).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in psychiatric nursing with at least 2 years in management.
• BSN strongly preferred; ASN required.

• Directly supervise nursing staff in accordance with hospital policies and laws.
• Recruit and develop staff; workforce planning and assigning work.
