Job summary

THIRA Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct medical care for patients, conduct regular check-ins, and coordinate with clinical treatment teams. The role requires completing initial patient assessments, reconciling medications, and maintaining EMR documentation.

You will support the Nurse Manager and Infection Control Team, participate in health lectures, and assist with treatment plans. Evening/night shifts and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in state with good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various software programs.
• Able to pass Federal and state background checks.
• Valid driver's license and insurance if driving is required.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of THIRA’s Driver Assessment if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals and document in patient charts.
• Perform initial new patient medical assessments and reconcile medications.
• Coordinate care with treatment team and assist in treatment plans.
• Maintain medical data in EMR patient charts.
• Support Nurse Manager and Infection Control Team as needed.
