Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking a Behavioral Health Urgent Care RN to monitor and triage messages, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and educate patients. The role includes telehealth components and in-person care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong communication skills in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage in-basket messages for psychiatric providers.
• Coordinate care with pharmacy, primary care, and behavioral health teams.
• Provide patient education and support regarding medications and treatment adherence.
• Document interactions accurately in the EHR and follow protocols.
