Job summary

Mogollon Treatment Center seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct psychiatric and general nursing care for patients. The RN coordinates clinical care, leads the unit, and acts as a patient advocate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, planning care within set time frames, supervising shifts, and monitoring condition changes to ensure safe, compassionate delivery of treatment plans per hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure required.
• Experience in psychiatric health care preferred.
• CPR certification and CPI within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Will assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies.
• Will oversee and supervise the shift, delegating tasks and ensuring policy adherence.
• Monitor patient for change of condition and respond, including physician notification.
• Follow hospital policy for medication administration with compassionate care.
• Deliver quality nursing care while upholding empathy, dignity, and respect.
