Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and document findings.
• Collect, record, and analyze data for admission and ongoing care.
• Involve patient’s family in assessment and treatment planning.
• Advocate for patient rights and privacy.
• Develop, update, and communicate treatment plans with the care team.
• Identify safety concerns and implement precautions.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient education.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
