Community Care Network, part of Rutland Mental Health Services, seeks a Psychiatric Services Nurse (RN) to join the CSID Residential Program in Rutland, VT. You will provide nursing care, oversee medication management, and collaborate with the Medical Director and residential team to deliver high‑quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• RN credential.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of psychiatric clinical issues.
• Knowledge of medications and interactions.
• Infection control knowledge.
• Ability to train staff and educate clients.
• Experience with EMR/eMAR data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal background check after hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and reassessments per regulations.
• Provide nursing oversight and supervision of medication delegation.
• Assist admissions; enter data into EMR/eMAR systems.
• Coordinate care with Medical Director and interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and train staff on medication administration.
• Monitor infection control practices and universal precautions.
• Provide injectable medication administration when needed.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate medical and mental health services.
• Complete required documentation and data collection for program requirements.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
