Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets service and program educational needs through collaborative problem solving and planning.
• Assists in developing and maintaining a competency based orientation program for nursing personnel.
• Identifies and evaluates employee learning needs and develops educational opportunities to meet these needs.
• Assists with outreach education.
• Assists in developing and facilitating unit based and hospital wide quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensures nursing documentation meets regulatory and professional standards through chart review and education.
