Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Three to five years Clinical Experience required.
• Registered Nurse credential required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual educational needs assessments for clinical employees.
• Plan, implement and evaluate continuing education programs with managers and nursing leadership.
• Assist in placing nursing and medical assistant students and orient new clinical preceptors.
• Integrate research into developing and teaching educational programs.
• Evaluate overall educational program effectiveness.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
