Qualifications

• Utah RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 7 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 90 days of start date.
• Associate degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; report changes.
• Perform procedures and document care in the patient record promptly.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.
• Coordinate ongoing care with providers and community resources.
