Job summary

Mountain View Hospital in Payson, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team. You will follow established nursing models and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.

You will assess patients at admission and during shifts, perform procedures, administer medications, document care, respond to requests, and educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start.
• RN Registered Nurse credential.
• Associate Degree required.
• 1+ year RN experience required.
• Day and night availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, promptly identifying changes.
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic response, and document care in the medical record.
• Provide timely, responsive care and address patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps.
