Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current AZ or Compact State RN license in good standing.
• CPR and CPI Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Promote patient safety through environment of care awareness and safe nursing practices.
• Collaborate with treatment team to meet patient needs and communicate status clearly.
• Implement nursing care plans per physician orders and facility policies.
• Deliver medication education and respond to patient questions about medications.
• Document assessments, plans, nursing notes, med administration, education and discharge planning.
• Intervene during behavioral crises and provide leadership to the team.
