Northeast Counseling Services in Hazleton, PA seeks a full-time Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to provide recovery-based rehabilitation care as a primary worker for a caseload and to work within a collaborative care team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in psychiatric rehabilitation, social work, or psychology, plus strong written and oral communication, empathy, and organizational skills, with the ability to facilitate groups and individual sessions.

Northeast Counseling Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker. The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker acts a primary worker for his caseload. The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker functions as part of a team for the delivery of recovery-based rehabilitation care.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in psychiatric rehabilitation, social work, psychology. The individual should have a warm empathic personality. They should have a proficiency in written and oral communication skills and good organizational skills with an ability to facilitate groups and individual sessions. Additionally, the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker should have a working knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation, recovery and community support program principles (CSP).

Salary starting at $36,000; up to $40,000 per year.
