Northeast Counseling Services in Hazleton, PA seeks a full-time Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to provide recovery-based rehabilitation care as a primary worker for a caseload and to work within a collaborative care team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in psychiatric rehabilitation, social work, or psychology, plus strong written and oral communication, empathy, and organizational skills, with the ability to facilitate groups and individual sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in psychiatric rehabilitation, social work or psychology.
• Warm, empathic personality and strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to facilitate groups and individuals.
• Working knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation, recovery and CSP principles.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary worker for the caseload as part of a care team delivering recovery-based rehabilitation.
• Contributes to delivery of rehabilitation care within the team setting.
