Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker to support participants in the New Foundations – Wellsprings and Positive Resolutions programs. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery, build living skills, and foster independence.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months of direct care experience supporting individuals with mental health, substance use, or forensic-related challenges.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete required employment screenings, physical examination, and TB testing.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Reliable transportation and state-required automobile insurance.

Aufgaben

• Promote recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation principles.
• Assist participants in identifying strengths, needs, goals, and recovery plans.
• Provide skill-building services that support independence and wellness.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and strength-based approaches.
• Facilitate group and individual rehabilitation activities.
• Participate in community-based outings and skill-development opportunities.
• Collaborate with therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and treatment teams.
• Document services and participant progress in electronic health records.
• Support implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by program leadership.
