• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience with individuals with behavioral health disorders preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver''s license with a safe driving record.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience using EHR.

• Conduct regular home visits to evaluate and reinforce safety, cleanliness, and daily living skills.
• Promote community inclusion by connecting clients with resources, educational opportunities, and natural supports.

Position Summary

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist plays a key role in supporting clients on their recovery journey. Using the principles of Psychiatric Rehabilitation—including empowerment, self‑determination, healing-centered, community integration, skill development, and a strengths‑based approach, the Specialist helps clients identify meaningful life goals and develop the skills, supports, and confidence needed to achieve them. This position includes shared responsibility for the caseload within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, maintain professional boundaries, and support recovery-oriented care.
