Southridge Behavioral Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate and evaluate patient care during the night shift, guiding Mental Health Technicians and ensuring safety across units.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan required.

Position Description:

The Registered Nurse RN coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. They oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.

Hours and Location:

Full-Time. 7pm to 7:30am for night shift. Every other weekend rotation.
