Job summary

Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our day shift team in Byron Center, Michigan. Full-time hours are 7am–7:30pm, with a sign-on bonus up to $6,000.

You will coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and supervise Mental Health Technicians to ensure safety and comfort. Michigan RN license and graduation from an accredited program are required, with three years’ psychiatric

Position Description:

The Registered Nurse RN coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. They oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.

Hours and Location:

Full-Time. 7am to 7:30pm for day shift.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Education: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing required.

Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

License: Registered Nurse RN license issued by the State of Michigan required.
