Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Bellevue is seeking a Full‑time Psychiatric Provider Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to support psych-prescribers and coordinate care within the Behavioral Health Program. You will work with Mental Health Therapists and Chemical Dependency professionals to ensure continuity of client services and perform screenings and case management.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Washington CNA license.
• CPR/BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Basic math and unit conversion skills.
• No history of substance misuse in past 3 years.
• Valid WA driver's license.
• Basic computer familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist psych-prescribers with administrative and clinical activities.
• Coordinate client care with Mental Health Therapists and Chemical Dependency Professionals.
• Provide screenings and case management in collaboration with teams.
• Ensure agency compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Position Summary

Sea Mar Behavioral Health’s diverse and quickly expanding program is seeking a Full‑time Psychiatric Provider Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant for our Behavioral Health Program in Bellevue. The Psychiatric Provider Aide supports psych‑prescribers in administrative and clinical activities, works with Mental Health Therapists and Chemical Dependency Professionals, coordinates care to ensure continuity for clients, and provides screenings and case management in collaboration with other teams. The role also includes ensuring agency compliance with applicable laws, preparing charts and prescription refill requests, managing medication storage and waste logs, and maintaining all required policies and procedures.

Hourly Rate

$20.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State.
• Must have a current CPR/Basic Life Support card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Basic mathematical skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, unit conversions).
• No history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three (3) years immediately prior to being hired.
• Washington State driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with computer software desired.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
