Job summary

A community health organization in Lynnwood is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide to support psychiatric prescribers with administrative and clinical tasks. Candidates must have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, CPR/BLS certification, and strong mathematical skills. Qualifications

• Must possess a current CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
• Must have no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for three years prior to hiring.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
• Must have minimum CNA, MA, EMT, LPN, RN.
• Must have active Washington State Department of Health license.
• Basic mathematical skills are required (adding, subtracting, etc.).
• Must have no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for 3 years.
• Washington State Driver's License required.
• Familiarity with computer software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas.
• Provide screenings and case management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain organized charts.
• Ensures medication storage, maintenance, dispensation and waste logs meet Sea Mar policies.
• Reports any area of non-compliance to the supervisor/manager.
• Follows policies and performs duties as assigned by supervisor.
