Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Bellevue is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Provider Aide to support psychiatric prescribers in both administrative and clinical areas. The role involves coordinating client care and maintaining compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State is required.
• Must possess a current CPR/BLS card or must obtain one within 90 days.
• Basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and converting pounds to kilograms.
• Must have no history of alcohol or drug misuse for the last three years.
• A Washington State Driver’s License is required.
• Familiarity with computer software is desired.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare charts, prescription refill requests, and paperwork.
• Ensure proper medication storage and maintenance.
• Report any non-compliance immediately to the supervisor.

Position Summary

Psychiatric Provider Aide (CNA) – Full‑time – Bellevue. Supports psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas. Works with Mental Health Therapists and Chemical Dependency Professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity. Provides screenings and case management, participates actively in client services and community support coordination, maintains agency compliance with WAC, RCW, and other regulations, and ensures proper medication storage and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supports prescribers by preparing charts, prescription refill requests, and paperwork.
• Ensures medication storage, maintenance, dispensation and waste logs are maintained.
• Reports any non‑compliance immediately to the supervisor/manager.
• Follows all medical, nursing, health & safety and personnel policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State.
• Possess a current CPR/BLS card or must obtain one within 90 days of employment.
