Job summary

Jobtome is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in a mental health/psychiatric setting at UPC General Specialty Clinics in New Mexico. You will design care plans, assist in overall care planning for psychiatric patients, and administer medications to support recovery.

You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and families while following department policies and participating in ongoing education and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited nursing graduate required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for psychiatric patients across age groups.
• Design and implement nursing care plans to support recovery.
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments under physician guidance.
• Document patient status, treatments, and response to care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effects.
• Coordinate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care.
