Formación

• Two years of work experience in patient care or direct care.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented, person-centered care approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Attends work on a regular basis and may be scheduled for evenings or rotating shifts.
• Young patients' care plans: implements recovery plans and supports goals.
• Communicate effectively with team to promote a positive workplace.
• Participate in recovery/admissions teams and provide ongoing patient communication.
• Use basic computer skills for patient care documentation and reporting.
• Assist RN with medication monitoring, vitals, and assigned tasks.
• Promote safety and engage patients; cofacilitate groups as assigned.
• Respond to crisis using TIPS under RN supervision; de-escalation as needed.
• Perform CPR/Heimlich and AED use per AHA guidelines.
• Provide RN with timely patient information regarding medications and conditions.
• In RN absence, guide junior PNAs under supervision to maintain care flow.
