Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in NC.
• DMH-approved ACTT training is required for team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee medical/clinical aspects of services delivered.
• Provide medication monitoring and documentation.
• Deliver psychopharmacologic and medical services within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with ACT team members to monitor clinical status and treatment response.
• Conduct crisis assessments, symptom management, and intervention planning.
• Provide individual counseling, substance abuse treatment, and psycho-educational support.
• Assist in creating transition plans for clients moving in and out of services.
