Brave Health seeks a licensed PMHNP to assess and manage adolescent to adult patients, delivering psychotherapy, diagnoses, and medication management. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes telehealth readiness, adherence to regulations, and collaboration with clinicians to expand access to mental health services for diverse populations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
• Board-certified PMHNP license
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensures
• Experience with adults and across lifespan (13+)
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and substance use dual-diagnoses
• HIPAA compliance and documentation in EHRs

Responsabilités

• Provide care to adolescent and adult patients, across the lifespan
• Diagnose psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions
• Conduct individual psychotherapy as needed
• Prescribe psychotropic medications and monitor side effects
• Order diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and compliance
