Job summary
Brave Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and deliver high-quality psychiatric care across adolescent to adult patients. You will perform assessments, provide psychotherapy, and manage medications within an interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications
- Must hold a PMHNP board certification and active license.
- Minimum 2 years experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in mental health settings.
- Experience with addiction and mental health populations.
- Comfort with telehealth delivery and video visits.
- Strong documentation skills compliant with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and psychotherapy as part of integrated care.
- Diagnose and treat adolescent to adult patients with mental health conditions.
- Prescribe psychotropic medications and monitor effects and safety.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR.
- Engage with patients and families to educate about conditions and treatments.
- Utilize telehealth tools to reach patients across service areas.
