Serenity Healthcare seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for an outpatient role in Arizona. This physician-owned group offers a base salary of $150,000 plus incentives and a realistic total compensation of $300,000+ in a no-call environment with strong clinical and administrative support.

The position features 3 13-hour shifts per week, 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days and 11 holidays, plus opportunities for Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Active state medical license
• Unencumbered DEA license
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Clean background
