Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time, outpatient position. The team emphasizes patient outcomes and provider support, with an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio and no on-call requirements.

The role offers a base salary of $150,000 with incentives, aiming at a total compensation of $300,000+, along with comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days and 11 paid holidays. Training in Brainsway Deep TMS and IV ketamine therapy is provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMHNP services in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a support team to deliver medication management and therapy.
• Stay current with TMS and IV ketamine therapy protocols as offered by Serenity Healthcare.
