Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Utah seeks a PMHNP for an outpatient position. You will practice without on-call duties in a collaborative clinic setting, supported by an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio and a flexible schedule of three 13-hour shifts per week.

Base salary is $150,000 with incentives, targeting total compensation of $300,000+. Comprehensive benefits, 22 PTO days and 11 holidays are offered, plus ongoing training in Deep TMS and IV ketamine, and annual provider retreats to exotic locations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-only practice.
