Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time outpatient role. Join a physician-owned and led group focused on patient outcomes and provider support.

Base salary is $150,000 with incentives and a realistic total compensation of $300,000+. Enjoy no call, an 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio, and a flexible 3 shift per week schedule, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits and PTO/ holidays.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP.
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
