Job summary

LifeStance Health in South Bend, IN is actively seeking PMHNPs to join our growing clinical team and help launch our new office. The role is 100% outpatient with full admin support, and offers hybrid options (telemedicine and in-person care) to fit your schedule.We offer competitive compensation up to $192K–$230K+ with annual bonus, sign-on incentive, and comprehensive benefits.

You must be licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP board certification, have IN DEA, and bring 1+ year of PMHNP
