LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the Fishers, IN area. This 100% outpatient position offers a hybrid work model with telemedicine and in-person care.

You'll be licensed in Indiana as an APRN with PMHNP board certification and have at least 1 year of PMHNP experience post training. Compensation is productivity-based, with potential to earn up to $192–$230K+, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
