Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking a licensed clinician to join a multidisciplinary team providing medication management and psychotherapy within an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with a supervising psychiatrist, timely record-keeping, and adherence to standard of care.

The position offers flexible full-time schedules with a hybrid work model, administrative support, and a generous benefits package including CME allowances and tail coverage.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery (North Carolina).
• Active DEA license required for prescribing controlled substances.
• Board certified or board eligible (PMHNP-BC or PA-C).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrist.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records within the EHR.
• Deliver medication management and psychotherapy services within standard of care.
• Appropriately refer patients for medication management and therapy as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care
