Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team and pilot a new medication management program at the Paramus office.

The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help shape a growing service line within a supportive and innovative mental health practice. The role focuses on evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey as PMHNP-BC or equivalent advanced practice psychiatric certification.
• DEA license with prescriptive authority.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients undergoing interventinoal psychiatry or requiring medication management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
